Key Responsibilities

As part of our inbound customer support team, you will

Assist customers with inquiries related to their insurance mobile application.
Provide support with insurance payment processing and accountrelated questions.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.

This campaign primarily handles straightforward inbound calls, focused on resolving customer concerns efficiently and ensuring a seamless support experience.
