THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join U-Studio, OLIVER’s award-winning in-house agency
for Unilever, based in Mexico City with a hybrid working arrangement. You'll be




the visual storyteller behind design work that makes Dove unmistakable in
crowded feeds. Working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative
execution, you'll translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and Dove's brand
purpose into visuals that feel authentic, inclusive, and distinctive across
every format and platform.

We're looking for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on
design craft, someone who can develop a big idea and then execute it beautifully
across social, digital, and, where needed, OOH and POS touchpoints. You'll guide
and mentor a team of designers and content creators, pushing the standard of
social-first design while integrating Gen AI tools thoughtfully into the
creative process.

Success means design work that captures attention, strengthens Dove's brand
equity, and delivers measurable results. Work that people recognise as
unmistakably Dove before they even see the logo.
