Summary
Quality Leader ensure that all Business Unit products comply with customer
expectations, legal and safety standards.
The Quality leader will be able to develop and implement action plans to improve
quality control processes, to assure that all products are in accordance with
the design specification. Also is responsible to analyze failing product, find
root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid to produce
defective products.
Quality manager will lead the quality team in order to guide the team to
identify not only material defectiveness but also to find any possible defect
cause and prevent it. Monitor and evaluate our current production processes.
Also is responsible to lead the efforts of the team to maintain the Quality
System in place, and comply with all ISO Standards and audits.
Requisitos
-Inglés fluido
-Más de 6 años de experiencia relevante en el área de calidad en ambiente de
manufactura
-Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Industrial o a fin)
-Conocimiento en el estándar ISO 14001
-Manejo de Personal
-Manejo de herramientas estadísticas
