Responsibilities
Provide support and influence senior management and all personnel within the organization to reinforce the importance of HSE leadership and ensure that HSE is prioritized alongside other business objectives.
Foster the development of an organizational culture centered on HSE, recognizing the current maturity level of the organization’s culture, and collaborating with managers to elevate HSE maturity.
Collaborate with managers across all levels to promote their ownership and leadership in HSE responsibilities.
Create, evaluate, and manage emergency and disaster preparedness plans.
Analyze data trends to monitor and report on HSE performance effectively.
Exhibit leadership in HSE and serve as a role model for exemplary HSE practices and behavior to peers, colleagues, and the public.
Lead HSE programs,



initiatives, and performance metrics for the MX96 site, ensuring alignment with Honeywell standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary HSE subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical support to business teams and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, risk reduction initiatives, and implementation of best-in-class HSE practices.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action programs to prevent injuries, environmental incidents, and business interruptions.
Analyze HSE performance indicators and trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for improving site performance.
