International Accounts Payable Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
Register and validate invoices from international suppliers.
Follow up on payment processes according to established due dates.
Reconcile account statements with international suppliers.
Verify documentation and compliance with applicable tax and administrative requirements.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation related to international accounts payable.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field completed and verifiable.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of bank reconciliations and invoice registration and control.
Intermediate Excel skills PivotTables, formulas, and filters.




Knowledge of tax and invoicing requirements applicable to international transactions is preferred.
Experience with an ERP system.
Basic to intermediate English proficiency reading and writing.
Attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.
