**Position Title**:Intake Specialist
**Location**:Chihuahua México
**Shift**:Availability from Monday to Sunday (Two days off which are continuous but are selected by the operation) The days off can be Frid - Sat // Sat-Sun // Sun-Mond.
NO ROTATIVE, once the schedule is assigned, it is fixed.
In Mexico Availability from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (the schedule will be given in this time frame)
Being the first point of the firm
Answer calls with professionalism and empathy
Document and resolve inquiries
Provide excellent client service
Pay close attention to detail
Retain and document client/provider info
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service or call centers (BPO)
- English Advanced (B2+, c1)
