Reports to: Supervisor de congeladores
Propósito del Rol
Garantizar la disponibilidad de congeladores, entendiendo la necesidad en mercado, considerando cambios y clientes nuevos. Gestionar de manera correcta a talleres y transportistas. Seguimiento a fallas de congelador en mercado.
Responsabilidades clave
• Planear envío y recolección de congeladores con clientes internos y proveedores (ruteo por zona).
• Monitoreo de transporte.
• Seguimiento a mantenimiento de congeladores.
• Revisión de SLA ́s con proveedores.
• Censos trimestrales (presencial).




• Traspaso de congeladores
• Coordinar con:
Equipos internos
Proveedores externos
• Apoyar en fases clave como:
Desarrollo y estandarización de procesos.
Implementación / Go-live.
• Identificar y escalar:
Riesgos
Necesidades
Areas de oportunidad

Conocimientos en logística.

2 años de experiencia relevante en logística.
Experiencia en transportes o administración.
