What You Will Do:
This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations
.
The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to
accomplish
the policy deployment objectives
.
Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety
compliance
and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility
.
Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and
determines
improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives
.
Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee
philosophies
and Lean manufacturing
.
Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications Y
ou Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.

leadership experience through direct people management or indirect leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, training, and coordinating team activities to achieve organizational
