ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth Oversee reconciliations, variance analysis, and issue resolution Ensure audit readiness and manage interactions with auditors Build and scale robust accounting processes for high-growth startup environments
6+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting with strong US GAAP expertise ~ Strong understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and internal controls ~ Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) ~ Integral Leadership Exposure: Work directly with US finance leaders Design and transform finance operations AI + Automation Exposure: Lead next-gen finance transformation Career Path: Fast-track to roles like Finance Controller / Head of Finance
