WE ARE HIRING:
Motion Graphic Designer
Requirements
4+ years of experience working in Digital, Creative, Advertising, or Content Agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
.
Strong experience in
motion graphics, 2D animation, video editing, and post-production
.
Knowledge of animation principles, visual composition, typography, color theory, and audiovisual storytelling.
Experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and advertising platforms.
Ability to adapt Key Visuals and graphic concepts into animated pieces and multiple digital formats.
Experience developing storyboards, style frames, transitions, animated typography, and visual effects.
Basic knowledge of audio editing, sound synchronization,



and video optimization.
Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is desirable.
Understanding of current graphic, animation, social media, and digital content trends.
Updated portfolio or demo reel featuring motion graphics and animation projects is mandatory.
Activities
Develop motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and advertising materials.
Transform creative concepts and Key Visuals into dynamic audiovisual pieces aligned with each brand's identity.
Create storyboards, style frames, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and graphic animations.
Edit and post-produce videos, incorporating graphics, music, voice-over, subtitles, and sound effects.
Adapt animated content into different formats, dimensions, durations, and platform specifications.
Create short-form content such as reels, stories, bumpers, ads, GIFs, and promotional videos.
Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Content, Social Media, and Creative teams.
Ensure that all audiovisual materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative visual solutions for campaigns and pitches.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting production schedules and deadlines.
Organize and maintain editable files, project folders, graphic resources, and final exports.
Stay updated on motion design trends, formats, tools, and emerging technologies.
