Act as the main contact point for orchestrating Change-related work throughout every tier of the Enterprise Inform users and stakeholders about Change Management standards, track adherence, and consistently improve organization-wide policies, workflows, and procedures Carry out reviews of Changes together with implementers and stakeholders to verify compliance with policy requirements Plan and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions focused on discussing Changes carrying elevated risk Examine metrics tied to Change activity and prepare summaries for leadership when required Ensure Change Management platforms and tools remain functional and properly maintained Produce and keep procedural documentation current to enable steady, repeatable process execution Verify the thoroughness and precision of Change entries recorded within the ServiceNow system Spot and address possible timing conflicts between scheduled Changes prior to their occurrence Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to strengthen procedures and workflows,



boosting the efficiency of service delivery Help cross-departmental teams pinpoint chances to simplify operations and cut down on unnecessary friction Guide the onboarding of new staff members regarding established Change Management tools and methodologies Play a role in shaping risk evaluation standards applied to sort and rank incoming Change submissions Take part in reviews following implementation to gather insights and incorporate them into upcoming projects Cultivate and maintain strong cross-team relationships that promote openness regarding ongoing Change work A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a similar discipline A minimum of three years' direct experience operating within a Technology Change Management framework, upholding relevant controls, procedures, and best practices, including screening Change Requests for approval prior to CAB sessions Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written, including proven success interacting with leadership figures, including senior executives, while tailoring messages for diverse audiences Strong customer-focused mindset combined with solid analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-resolution skills Hands-on background operating and administering ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow Strong English language ability at a B1+ level or above Possessing ITIL, ITSM, and/or IT Change Management credentials, reflecting recognized formal training in established service and change management methodologies
