We are looking for a Senior Change Management Analyst with deep hands-on expertise to join our team. Serve as the primary contact for coordinating Change activities across all levels of the organization Educate stakeholders and end-users on Change Management practices while monitoring adherence and continuously refining enterprise-wide policies and procedures Conduct Change reviews alongside implementers and stakeholders to confirm compliance with established policy Organize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings focused on discussing higher-risk changes Analyze Change-related metrics and compile reports for leadership review when necessary Oversee the performance and upkeep of Change Management systems and supporting applications Create and maintain documentation outlining relevant procedures and processes Audit Change records for completeness and accuracy using the ServiceNow platform Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts among planned Changes before they occur Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to enhance processes and procedures that support more efficient service delivery Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving operational consistency and reducing service disruptions Assist in developing training materials and onboarding resources for new team members involved in Change-related work Track industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process enhancement Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and capture lessons learned Help establish clear escalation paths for handling unexpected issues that arise during change execution Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a closely related discipline A minimum of three years of direct experience within a Technology Change Management program, ensuring adherence to relevant procedures, controls, and best practices, including reviewing Change Requests for authorization ahead of CAB meetings Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proven experience engaging with leadership and senior executives, with the capacity to tailor messaging for different audiences Well-developed skills in customer service, analytical thinking, research, interpersonal engagement, and problem resolution Practical experience using and managing ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow Fluent command of English at a B1+ level or higher Certifications related to ITIL, ITSM, and/or IT Change Management, demonstrating formal training in structured change and service management frameworks
