- Prepare reports and summaries so leaders know how each project is progressing.
- Coordinate with technology teams, operations, and other partners to gather updates and share information.
- Support project planning: timelines, priorities, tasks, and follow‐ups.
- Help maintain clear documentation and make sure everything is updated- Assist with testing and readiness activities when projects are close to launching.Perfil buscado- 2-3 years of experience supporting projects or PMO work.
- Comfortable using Jira or similar project tools.
- Advanced English: strong verbal and written communication (global teams).
- Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate-advanced).




- Ability to communicate clearly with directors and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
- Experience in banking or financial services (ideally).
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner).
