We value continuous learning, personal growth, and hard work, offering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development.Requirements- 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects- Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.G., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management- Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths- Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes- Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams- Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials,



integration timelines)- Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams- Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting- Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives- Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies- Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams- Ability to overlap US business hours- Bachelor's degree required- Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables- Client-focused dedication to team commitments- Best practices knowledge and adherence- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability- Positive mindset and can-do attitude- Meticulous attention to detailPreferred Qualifications- PMP, CSM, or PSM certification- Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.G., legal sign-offs, statutory deadlines)- Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teamsCompany Benefits- Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.
