PayJoy seeks a Compensation and People Ops Partner to own HR analytics and the compensation function across our global business.
You will drive data-driven total rewards, benchmark salary structures, and ensure internal equity while supporting the bi-annual adjustment cycle.You will work with leadership to implement automated processes, monitor regulatory changes, and produce HR analytics reports.
Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus in a diverse, integral team.
