and maintainabilityPartner with designers, artists, and producers to build high-quality gameplay experiencesMonitor live features, analyze performance, and address issues proactivelyIdentify and improve codebase quality, development workflows, and system reliabilityParticipate actively in code reviews and contribute to team engineering practicesPlaytest features and proactively improve player experience (UX, responsiveness, polish)Who You Are1–3+ years of Roblox or relevant game development experienceStrong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solvingExperience shipping features or games in a production environmentExcellent communication, ownership, and collaborative mindsetAbility to work independently on feature development with moderate guidanceStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsFamiliarity with version control and collaborative development workflowsNice to HaveBachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience working in a development teamShipped games or features on Roblox or similar platformsGame jam or modding experienceFamiliarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning,
