As our company grows, we are looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to help us build an incredible team and continue to expand our ability to attract and bring in top talent.The Manager, Talent Acquisition will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and be part of a dynamic and successful recruiting team.
The TA team is a trusted business partner to our internal customers and will be expected to advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
With a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, the successful addition to our team will focus on a balance of what the organization needs and a what potential employee wants.Your Impact:Act as a player/coach, training and mentoring more junior team members while maintaining a req loadServe as a lead recruiter, hiring for positions across the organizationCreate and update processes including job description maintenanceActing as a people manager for 1-3 team members (recruiters, coordinator)Work with the leadership team to understand the business drivers behind hiringPartner effectively with the finance team to understand larger budget impacts and decisionsHelp drive team performance through OKRsPartner with HR leadership to educate Hiring Managers,



conduct interview training sessions and other activities to optimize the recruiting processWhat you bring:Minimum of 8+ years in a recruiter position with a track record for increased responsibility1-3 years of formal people managementProven experience supporting a high-volume hiring environmentHigh level of comfort with ATS tools (iCIMS is a plus) and TA metricsHigh level of comfort using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterExperience as a key contributor in a fast-paced, software development environment with proven, progressive responsibility including handing high requisition loadsUsing high EQ, you can understand the nuances of each role, the team dynamics, and the motivators for the candidates you work withYou are an advisor and coach to your hiring managers, helping them understand the needs of the position and the factors to consider in hiringYou like a puzzle and get great satisfaction from putting together the right candidate with the right role.

#LI-Remote** The annual base salary range for this position is MXN $949,500 to MXN $1,055,000.
This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge.
Final compensation will bedeterminedduring the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to,your skills, experience,qualificationsand education.
