WAI is expanding and seeks a Corporate Recruiter based in Mexico to join our integral HR team. You will partner with hiring managers across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and other markets to fill roles from entry to leadership levels.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding with discretion and professionalism. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus.
