magic is seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. You will manage a combined monthly budget of $225K–$250K+ and be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and ongoing growth of our paid search efforts.
You will oversee a multi-faceted account structure including Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Generation campaigns, leveraging advanced tROAS bidding strategies to maximise revenue and ROAS.
