Nexovia seeks a project/operations leader to drive the launch of a new workshop in Monterrey. You will coordinate site search, leases, licenses, build-out and the workshop capability, ensuring readiness before first vehicles arrive. You’ll recruit a technical team, establish procurement and systems, and manage governance through the launch phase.
You will oversee budgeting, approvals, scheduling and handover to the operations team, with a strong focus on delivering on time and within scope.
