Your Role

As an AI & Data Science Consultant at Capgemini, you will help organizations unlock the value of their data by designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Advanced Analytics solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using data-driven approaches and innovative AI technologies.

You will contribute to the development of predictive models, Generative AI solutions, intelligent automation capabilities, and advanced analytics platforms while supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities & Scope

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions that address business needs.

Build, train, validate, and optimize predictive and prescriptive models.

Develop and maintain ML pipelines supporting model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Support the lifecycle of AI solutions from experimentation to production deployment.

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.

Develop analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.

Translate complex analytical findings into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.

Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate results effectively.

Generative AI & Emerging Technologies

Support the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI-powered workflows.

Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and analytics platforms.

Implement responsible AI practices,



governance controls, and model monitoring processes.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and success criteria.

Translate business requirements into scalable AI and Data Science solutions.

Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure data availability and model integration.

Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and technical discussions.

Contribute to AI best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis techniques.

Experience working with SQL and large-scale datasets.
