CTC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to help us attract top professionals across technology, enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys recruiting highly skilled professionals while also supporting select business and consulting-focused positions.

What You'll Recruit

✅ Technology experts in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)

✅ Specialists in data platforms, engineering, and architecture (Snowflake, Palantir, etc.)

✅ Software developers and ERP functional consultants





✅ Business-focused roles such as analysts, project managers, and consulting talent

✅ Additional IT and Non-IT profiles aligned with client needs across industries

In short: you’ll partner with hiring managers to identify and attract diverse talent across both technical and business domains, adapting to evolving client requirements.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of recruiting experience

✔ Strong technology recruiting background

✔ Advanced sourcing skills and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise

✔ Experience identifying hard-to-find talent

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English + Spanish)

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
