Accountabilities

- Is a strategic operations leader responsible for the management, administration, and control of the maintenance function. This role sets clear direction for technical teams, strengthens equipment reliability, and partners across the plant to advance safety, quality, lean practices, maintenance processes, root-cause problem solving, and a zero-loss culture in a three-shift, seven-day operation.
- Lead the maintenance organization, establish objectives and metrics and develop technical talent, career plans, and succession readiness.
- Own maintenance strategy and sustain TPM, Lean, SAM, autonomous maintenance, and daily management systems within established standards.
- Improve equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, field audits, root-cause analysis, and actions addressing downtime, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Ensure maintenance plans, assets, spare parts,



and bills of materials are accurate in SAP; validate new-project documentation and add required work to maintenance programs.
- Manage annual and long-range budgets, identify measurable savings, and validate investment or expense projects for obsolete or worn equipment.
- Maintain audit-ready records and compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, ethics, and asset-control requirements; collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and auditors.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience: +6 years of relevant experience in maintenance leadership, including manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, preventive/predictive programs, budget administration, and cross-functional operations. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification or demonstrated training is preferred.
- Additional qualifications: Advanced English; SAP; broad mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, safety, environmental, HACCP, and SQF knowledge; strong leadership, communication, analysis, decision-making, teamwork, ethics, and strategic thinking.
