Senior Financial Analyst - M&A; and Fractional CFO Advisory

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with a firm principal on client engagements: financial modeling, M&A; and transaction support, and client-ready deliverables.

You will join client meetings and walk owners and management teams through the numbers. How you communicate matters as much as how you model. All work is performed in English.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models: three-statement models, forecasts, DCF and other valuation analyses, and deal models.
- Join client calls with the engagement principal; present findings and explain the numbers to owners and executives.
- Support M&A; and transaction processes: company research, buyer and target lists, data room organization, due diligence tracking, and marketing materials.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables in Word and PowerPoint: reports, memos, and consulting-style presentations.
- Use Claude (Anthropic's AI) daily in real workflows: analysis, drafting, research, and processing client call transcripts.
- Keep engagements organized: meeting notes and follow-ups, task tracking, and document management.

Requirements

- 5+ years of full-time experience in corporate finance, M&A;, investment banking, valuation, FP&A;, or transaction advisory.
- Advanced professional English, spoken and written.



You will present to US business owners and executives.
- Executive presence: you can lead a conversation with a CEO, explain a model in plain language, and hold your position under questioning.
- Strong financial modeling in Excel (formulas, structure, and accuracy). You will be tested.
- Polished document production in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Full availability during US Central Time business hours and a reliable remote work setup.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to US companies, US GAAP, or cross-border transactions.
- Progress toward CFA, CVA, or a similar finance credential.
- Hands-on experience using Claude or comparable AI tools in professional work, beyond casual use.

Compensation

Revenue share on closed clients, in addition to base.

Engagement

Full-time, remote, independent contractor agreement.

Selection Process
