We’re hiring: Strategic Sourcing / Category Specialist (Professional Services) We are looking for a talented Strategic Sourcing professional with 3–4 years of experience to join our team and help drive value across key Professional Services categories. Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for multi-million dollar spend areas. • Conduct market and industry analysis , leveraging market intelligence tools and should-cost models. • Deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements and implement sourcing strategies across international or divisional structures. • Manage end-to-end category management including competitive bidding, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract administration.



• Build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Legal). • Present sourcing strategies and results to stakeholders and senior management . • Develop and execute negotiation strategies and lead complex vendor negotiations.
