We are looking for an experienced F&I; Specialist to support the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs that drive business performance and dealer network success.
This role will be responsible for managing incentive calculations and payments, monitoring program performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing business results, and working closely with Commercial, Finance, Sales Operations, and Dealer Development teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Do

Support the execution and administration of sales incentive programs aligned with commercial objectives.
Manage incentive calculations, validations, accruals, and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor program performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare regular analyses, dashboards, forecasts, and reports related to incentive programs and sales performance.
Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Investigate and resolve dealer inquiries related to incentive calculations and payments.
Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Sales Operations,



and Dealer Development teams to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation, and reporting capabilities.
Support regional and general projects related to incentives, sales performance, and commercial operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting incentive programs, sales operations, commercial finance, business planning, or similar functions.
Strong analytical and financial skills with experience working with large data sets.
Experience analyzing business performance and providing recommendations based on data.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across commercial and finance functions.
Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues in a structured manner.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Advanced English proficiency.
