We build relationships to make direct co-investments accretive to our portfolios. Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Analyst. The professional in this position will support investment decision-making, analyzing financial data, preparing fund portfolio models, conducting investor relations, and contributing to portfolio valuation and risk assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include building fund models, reporting for internal and external fund stakeholders, and monitoring portfolio performance against benchmarks and objectives. The role involves collaborating with senior management to evaluate new investment opportunities, support transaction execution, and maintain accurate documentation. The individual will also assist in preparing materials for investment committees, and tracking market trends. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Solid foundation in investments and portfolio management, including understanding of risk,



return, and diversification principles. Knowledge of finance and financial modeling, with experience building and maintaining models in Excel or similar tools. Ability to prepare written research reports and presentations, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Monitor the assets throughout the investment cycle from deal origination to exit, and ensure compliance with the investment agreement; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
