We are looking for a HR Supervisor professional to join our Littelfuse team in the Altiplano Potosino region, San Luis Potosí . In this role, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to the leadership team , supporting employee relations, talent management initiatives, internal communication, employee engagement, and the deployment of our culture and values across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and HR matters.
• Implement and standardize internal communication initiatives.
• Support the deployment and compliance of Talent Management policies.
• Drive employee recognition and engagement strategies.
• Support workplace climate and employee engagement initiatives.
• Supervise assigned personnel and support development plans.
• Manage employee terminations in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up on NAVEX cases and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor compliance with Internal Work Regulations and applicable labor legislation.
• Support labor-related legal matters and interactions with labor authorities.
• Promote Compliance policies and the Littelfuse Code of Conduct.
