Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and review tax returns for real estate entities Ensure compliance with federal, state,



and local tax laws Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax matters Maintain tax compliance schedules and documentation Support financial reporting with accurate tax provisions Education and Training Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification preferred 3-5 years of tax experience, preferably in real estate or related industries Training in US federal, state, and local tax regulations Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems Knowledge Skills Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations applicable to real estate Experience with tax compliance, planning, and audit processes Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
