We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.
1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
Track deadlines, revisions,



and deliverables
Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Strong project coordination and time-management skills
Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
