He or she ensures all project commitments are met, on schedule, by all departments. A PC manages high degrees of change, conflict, customer interaction, and crisis management.
Provide Project Plan in line with customer and Aptiv requirements: Define project milestones, timeline, and project team.
Intervening when necessary to ensure project goals are met.
Control program execution and manage deviations to plan, define tasks and action plans to close gaps and control execution and effectiveness of these plans.
Use program escalation process to elevate issues to ensure program deliverables are met on time, within budget, and within scope.
Schedule, prepare and conduct project reviews.
Managing team performance through influence.
Ability to zoom in and out.



Comfortable understanding and verifying details of the different functional areas affecting the Program while able to provide executive level summaries to senior management.
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior Program Management or Project Management experience.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Fluency in English and Spanish
