Design and communicate a comprehensive architectural strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and vision. Ensure that architectural decisions support business priorities and comply with company-defined architectural standards.

Ensure that a convergence strategy is being applied in all the Countries supported. Convergence should be applied to technology and platforms, promoting the use of corporate platforms whenever possible

Responsibilities

- Synergy with general teams to ensure that global standards are applied.
- Support architecture decisions that should consider aspects such as business needs, strategic alignment, cost, benefits, feasibility, complexity and the possibility of convergence: solutions that reuse the global or regional platforms.
- Strong communication with development and operations team
- Generation of architecture deliverables (descriptions, diagrams, documents) fitted for the project and the public to who is addressed (CTO, leads, developers).
- Technical advice to other teams (Development, QA) for issues such as understanding the flow, the technology used, applied methodologies, among others.
- Synergy with Infrastructure and Security areas.
- Ensure that concepts and guidelines are communicated
- Ensure that the software meets all requirements for quality, security, ability to be modified and extended
- Promote new technologies, participate int technology evaluations and POC to assess new tools and platforms that could add value to the organization

Experience

- experience as Senior Solution Architecture.
- General IT experience .
- Experience leading architecture in both new developments (greenfield) and system maintenance (brownfield)
- Desirable experience in Fintech




- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or similar

Technical background

1. Core tech (.NET + web)

o .NET (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core), ASPNET MVC, Web API; understanding of front-end frameworks y BFF concepts (HTML/JS, React/Angular to architecture level).

2. Cloud & platforms

o Azure core services (App Services, Storage, Key Vault, AKS, ACA), multi-cloud & hybrid strategies; IaC (Terraform); containerization (Docker), Kubernetes (AKS).

3. Architecture & patterns

o End-to-end solution design; architecture styles (layered, event-driven, microservices, monolith); ADRs, solution blueprints, TOGAF/EA concepts, Entity-Relationship (E-R) diagrams, landscapes, system integration diagrams, among others.

o Distributed patterns: Saga, strangler fig, event sourcing, BFF or similar

4. Integration & data

o Messaging/event streaming (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka), REST/OpenAPI, DWH/Big Data concepts; SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB.

o Strong knowledge in database design, SQL Server, database optimization.

5. Security, compliance & networking

o IAM, encryption (in transit/at rest), cloud security services, compliance fundamentals; networking fundamentals (VNet/VPC, load balancing, CDN, VPN).

6. Non-functional requirements & ops

o Scalability, availability, reliability, maintainability, SLA/SLO/SLI, observability (logs/traces/metrics), monitoring; FinOps & cloud cost optimization.

7. Delivery & quality

o Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit/integration/contract), release/migration strategies (wave planning).

o Hands-on experience working within teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFE or similar)

8. IA

o At least basic knowledge on IA, LLMs, agents architectures.

o Proficient with the use of copilot, chatgpt, claude or similar

9. Certifications (desirable)

o AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

o AZ-400 – Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions

o AZ-900 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

o DP-900 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (Opcional)
