We Are Hiring | Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are looking to build a career in talent acquisition while supporting recruitment efforts for technology and corporate positions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Assist with job posting creation and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Requirements

- 6+ months of recruitment experience (internships, trainee programs, or professional experience accepted).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English is preferred.
