The VIO Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Vehicle in Operation (VIO) databases for Mexico and Central America.
The role focuses on the technical execution of VIO projects, including the creation of new VIO databases, semiannual database updates, vehicle parc research, data validation, and maintenance of vehicle information within TecAlliance systems. The analyst contributes to regional VIO initiatives while ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with TecAlliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develop new Vehicle in Operation (VIO) databases from the ground up for Mexico and Central America.
· Execute semiannual updates of existing VIO databases.
· Research and validate vehicle parc information from official and industry sources.
· Collect, organize, clean, and standardize automotive datasets.
· Perform vehicle identification and classification according to TecAlliance standards.
· Support the implementation of new VIO initiatives across the region.
· Ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency.
· Document methodologies and technical processes.




· Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI and scripting tools.

Day-to-Day Duties:
· Analyze automotive market information.
· Validate vehicle specifications.
· Update VIO databases.
· Create and modify vehicle records.
· Research missing vehicle attributes.
· Perform quality assurance checks.
· Execute data transformations.
· Prepare technical documentation.
· Support internal VIO projects.
· Participate in technical meetings with regional and integral VIO teams when required.

· Complete semiannual VIO updates with high accuracy.
