Qualifications

- Master
0s preferred in Lean Manufacturing Management or similar.
- 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement Lead and/or Process management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or others).
- Expertise in leading employee engagement teams.
- Experience implementing lean systems or methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
- Advanced skills with Excel, Access, Minitab and PowerPoint.
