Warehouse Supervisor – Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of work orders to the Production Department while maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role oversees inventory accuracy, material receiving, kitting processes, cycle counts, and production material fulfillment to support production schedules and operational goals.

Key responsibilities include monitoring kitting plans, supporting NPI activities, ensuring 5S compliance and workplace safety standards, maintaining inventory accuracy above 99%, verifying import transactions, managing inventory discrepancy investigations, and coordinating material flow to production. The position also leads continuous improvement initiatives, physical inventory activities, and shift-to-shift communication to ensure operational continuity.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for enforcing quality, environmental, safety, information security, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with ISO standards, RBA, CTPAT, OEA, and other applicable company policies. The role also supports workforce management objectives related to attendance, turnover, and team performance.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of SMT processes.
- Advanced SAP skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Office and DFMS systems.
