Job Description

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.

- Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives.
- Developing and executing talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning strategies.
- Driving organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
- Leading employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and talent review processes.
- Managing employee and labor relations while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and corporate policies.
- Supporting manufacturing operations by enhancing workforce capability and organizational performance.
- Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and improve organizational outcomes.
- Leading, developing, and mentoring the HR team while promoting best-in-class HR practices.
- Championing employee experience, inclusion,



accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will mandatory possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, consumer goods, packaging, electronics, or similar operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and labor relations practices.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions.
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and talent management initiatives.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- International working experience (ExPat)

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working within multinational organizations.
- Exposure to multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing unionized environments.
- Master's degree and/or professional HR certification.
