Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities for our forging operations. This role requires a strong technical background in machinery management and the leadership skills to effectively manage a team and present results to senior leadership in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage hiring, training, and development of the maintenance team.
- Ensure optimal performance of forge machinery, including headers, presses, hammers, furnaces, and shot blasters.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Analyze and report maintenance performance metrics to U.S. leadership.
