Job Purpose

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline. Professional certifications in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits are considered an asset.
