Protential Resources is looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in Mexico to join our international recruitment team. The main responsibility of this position will be to source, attract, screen, and guide Mexican candidates interested in employment opportunities in Europe.

The recruiter will be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, conducting initial interviews, explaining job opportunities and requirements, and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

- Source candidates in different regions of Mexico through social media, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Promote Protential Resources' international job opportunities.

- Review applications, CVs, and candidate documentation.

- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates according to the requirements of each position.

- Explain the job offer, recruitment process, travel requirements, and general conditions to candidates.

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Organize and maintain an updated candidate database.

- Prepare candidate batches for client review.

- Follow up on candidates' documentation and availability.

- Coordinate with the international recruitment team regarding candidate progress.

- Provide accurate and timely updates on the recruitment pipeline.





- Support candidates with questions related to the recruitment and travel process.

- Help develop and maintain recruitment campaigns specifically targeted at the Mexican market.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or candidate sourcing is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Experience using social media for recruitment or candidate sourcing.

- Comfortable conducting interviews by phone or video call.

- Good computer skills.

- Availability to communicate with an international team.

- English is an advantage but is not necessarily required, depending on the position.

Experience recruiting candidates for international employment, particularly opportunities in Europe, will be considered an advantage.

Main objective

The main objective of the position is to develop the Mexican candidate pipeline for Protential Resources and successfully identify qualified candidates for international employment opportunities.
