Job Overview

Realizar la preparación de materiales para la producción de moldeo (molding) y asegurar la entrega oportuna de materiales, cumpliendo al 100% con el plan de producción del área de moldeo.

Job Requirements

Suministro y Entrega de Materiales a Producción

- Utilizar correctamente las herramientas y equipos asignados (escáner, usuario SAP, tugger, plataformas, carros de transporte, transpaleta eléctrica y dispositivo para corte de pines, ya sea manualmente o mediante una máquina de corte).
- Realizar las actividades de corte y preparación de pines de acuerdo con los requerimientos de planeación de 24, 48 y 72 horas.
- Transportar y entregar materiales directamente a las máquinas de moldeo conforme a la orden de producción y los procedimientos establecidos.
- Manipular los materiales con cuidado para evitar daños, contaminación y defectos en los pines, como daños, inversión o deformaciones.
- Realizar la limpieza y liberación de línea (line clearance) cuando se requiera un cambio de modelo o versión.




- Entregar materiales directamente a la máquina de moldeo siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
- Ejecutar cambios de modelo con al menos una hora de anticipación cuando sea requerido.
- Realizar actividades de limpieza y liberación de línea mediante la transferencia de materiales devueltos al área de corte de pines cuando sea necesario.
