Job Title: Visual Designer
Contractor Fee: $2,500 – $3,000/month (USD)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will create high-quality visual assets across eCommerce, digital marketing, email, paid advertising, print, and other brand touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency who can translate marketing goals into compelling visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for eCommerce, websites, email campaigns, paid advertising, social, and other digital marketing channels.
- Create static ads, promotional graphics, product-focused creative, website assets, email graphics, and other branded materials.
- Design and optimize visual assets for Klaviyo or similar email campaigns and automated flows.
- Develop creative concepts that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Create print and marketing collateral, including catalogs, brochures, inserts, packaging materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Adapt and repurpose existing creative across digital and print formats while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate campaign goals into effective visual solutions and recommend creative improvements when needed.
- Independently manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery, including revisions, file organization, and asset management.
- Stay current with relevant design trends and visual standards across eCommerce, DTC, and consumer brands.

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Figma and Canva
- Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Google Workspace
- AI tools for research, ideation, design, and workflow improvement
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role.
- C1–C2 English proficiency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across eCommerce, digital marketing, paid advertising, email, branding, and/or print.
- Experience supporting an eCommerce, DTC, retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or other physical-product brand.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience designing for email campaigns, paid ads, websites, and other digital marketing channels, with the ability to adapt creative across multiple formats.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing strong creative ideas and visual improvements.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms and Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, creative reviews, influencer coordination, content planning, and project updates. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
