chief supply chain & fulfillment officer – mexico

our client is looking for an exceptional supply chain and fulfillment executive to lead one of the most demanding, high-growth logistics networks in mexico.

this is a role for someone who has already operated at scale.

someone who understands what happens when volume grows faster than infrastructure, when service levels become harder to protect, and when every additional order creates pressure across fulfillment, transportation, labor, cost, and the customer promise.

the mandate is to build the next generation of the company’s logistics platform in mexico.

from fulfillment centers and sortation to transportation and last mile , this executive will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of a complex multi-node network.

the goal is not simply to move more volume.

the goal is to build a network capable of moving significantly more volume with greater speed, reliability, productivity, and cost discipline .

the supply chain must grow faster — without losing control.

this executive will be expected to increase network capacity while simultaneously improving:

- throughput
- cost-to-serve
- labor productivity
- transportation efficiency

- inventory flow

this is not a headquarters-only strategy position.

we are looking for an executive who is comfortable moving between the boardroom, the fulfillment center, and the last-mile operation .

someone who understands the numbers, but also understands what is actually happening on the floor.

what you will lead

your mandate





build an operating model capable of supporting aggressive growth without compromising service.

that will include:

- designing the future supply chain and fulfillment network for mexico.
- expanding capacity ahead of demand.
- improving node productivity and network economics.
- reducing cost-to-serve while protecting the customer promise.
- developing transportation and last-mile strategies capable of supporting continued expansion.
- driving automation across fulfillment and distribution operations.
- redesigning processes that no longer work at scale.
- using analytics to improve operational decisions and network performance.
- establishing clear operating metrics and accountability across the organization.
- strengthening network resilience and business continuity.
- creating a leadership structure capable of managing increasing operational complexity.

this role will lead large frontline and management organizations across multiple locations.

a significant part of the mandate will be building the next generation of operational leadership.

you will develop regional leaders, site leaders, and functional executives who can operate independently while maintaining a common standard of execution.

the expectation is to create an organization where performance does not depend on constant intervention from the top.

who we are looking for





we are interested in executives with:

- 12+ years of experience across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, transportation, or operations.
- significant senior leadership responsibility in large-scale operations.
- at least 5 years leading complex, multi-site or multi-node networks .
- experience in environments such as:
- e-commerce
- retail
- marketplaces
- parcel
- consumer products
- high-volume distribution
- proven experience scaling operations through periods of rapid growth.
- strong understanding of fulfillment center economics and performance.
- deep exposure to transportation strategy and last-mile operations.
- experience with network design and capacity planning.
- track record implementing automation and process redesign.
- strong continuous improvement discipline.
- advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- experience leading large frontline workforces and senior operational teams.
- strong financial understanding of capex, opex, productivity, and cost-to-serve.
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
- mba or advanced degree preferred.
- fluent english required.
