ABOUT THE ROLE The Head Golf Professional reports directly to the Director of Golf and serves as the primary operational leader of the Chileno Bay Golf operation.
This position oversees daily golf operations, member and guest service, talent leadership and development, tournaments and member events, the caddie program, valet operations, golf instruction and programming, retail coordination, and operational planning.
We are looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader committed to delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests while creating a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee daily golf operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Golf Professionals, caddies, and other operational talents.
Ensure an exceptional and personalized golf experience for members and guests.
Plan, organize,



and execute member tournaments, member-guest events, special events, golf clinics, and other golf activities.
Lead the management and continued development of the caddie program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
Work closely with the Valet Supervisor to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for members and guests.
Support golf instruction, programming, and opportunities that encourage member participation and engagement.
Coordinate with Retail Operations to support Golf Shop performance and the overall member experience.
Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, expense management, operational reporting, and financial performance analysis.
Work collaboratively with Golf Maintenance, Resort Operations, Food
