What you'll be doing: - Leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the club - Designing preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every asset - Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems - Managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships - Training, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical team - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards We'd love to meet you if you have: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,



or related field); a Master's is a plus - 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubs - Solid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiency - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach - Fluency in English and Spanish Baja California | Reports to the General Manager If leading the operational backbone of a club that redefines luxury excites you, we'd love to talk.
