POSITION SUMMARY Our client, a leading furniture and home furnishings company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide HR leadership and support for two manufacturing facilities in the Monterrey, N.L. area .
This position will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support operational performance, organizational growth, employee engagement, and the development and retention of talent.
The idóneo candidate is a hands-on HR leader with strong manufacturing experience , comfortable working closely with employees and leaders on the plant floor while also providing strategic guidance to the management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide HR leadership and support for two manufacturing sites, partnering closely with Plant Management and functional leaders.
Lead and coordinate all major HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, training, performance management, organizational development, and retention.




Develop effective recruiting and workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing for production and support functions.
Build strong employee relations practices and maintain a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, company policies, internal procedures, and employment regulations.
Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs, strengthen management capabilities, and develop succession plans for critical positions.
Drive employee engagement, communication, recognition, and retention initiatives across both facilities.
Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee development.
Monitor and improve key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, staffing, retention, training, and employee engagement.
Support organizational change, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives from a people and culture perspective.
Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence throughout both manufacturing facilities.
