Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and review tax returns for real estate entities • Ensure compliance with federal, state,



and local tax laws • Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries • Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities • Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax matters • Maintain tax compliance schedules and documentation • Support financial reporting with accurate tax provisions Education and Training • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA certification preferred • 3-5 years of tax experience, preferably in real estate or related industries • Training in US federal, state, and local tax regulations • Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems Knowledge Skills • Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations applicable to real estate • Experience with tax compliance, planning, and audit processes • Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
