This role supports talent attraction, motivation, and retention across all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain salary structures, compensation bands, and pay scalesParticipate in external market salary surveys and conduct competitive compensation analysisMaintain and update fixed and variable compensation policies (bonuses, incentives, etc.)Evaluate job positions using standardized methodologies and evaluation toolsEnsure compliance with current labor and tax regulations related to compensationAdminister salary adjustments, promotions, and performance-based evaluations across all levelsPrepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports and key performance indicatorsContribute to continuous improvement and automation projects within compensation processesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align compensation strategies with business goals.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics,
