What you'll be doing:Leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the clubDesigning preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every assetOverseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsManaging departmental budgets and vendor relationshipsTraining, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical teamEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards We'd love to meet you if you have:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,



or related field); a Master's is a plus7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubsSolid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiencyStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approachFluency in English and Spanish Baja California | Reports to the General ManagerIf leading the operational backbone of a club that redefines luxury excites you, we'd love to talk.
