Alia Integrando Talento is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to work across the company to resolve customer issues and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the customer's contact, providing accurate technical solutions, updating the case management system, and contributing knowledge articles.
Participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation is required to provide after-hours support.
